Dr. Klatzer is the fourth lecturer in the 2018 lecture series
Dr. Elisabeth Klatzer is the fourth lecturer in the 2018 RIKK & UNU-GEST lecture series during spring term 2018. Dr. Klatzer is a specialist and civil-society activist on feminist economics and gender responsive budgeting. Her lecture is titled “Budgeting for Women’s Rights: Tax Justice and Gender Equality”
