Breytingakenning GRÓ til næstu fimm ára mörkuð

GRÓ, þekkingarmiðstöð þróunarsamvinnu, hefur markað sér breytingakenningu, Theory of Change, sem tekur til áranna 2022-2027. Breytingakenningin er unnin eftir aðferðarfræði UNESCO við árangursstjórnun og skýrir leiðina sem GRÓ mun fara til að vinna að breytingum í átt til sjálfbærni. Þannig er markað hvaða langtímaáhrifum GRÓ stefnir að með starfinu og síðan hvernig GRÓ mun vinna markvisst til að stuðla að þeim breytingum.

GRÓ has adopted its Theory of Change for the period 2022-2027. The document describes the impact GRÓ aims to achieve and how GRÓ will work to get there, following UNESCO‘s guidelines for Result-Based Management.
