Karen Boyle is a Professor of Feminist Media Studies at the University of Strathclyde, UK, where she runs the Applied Gender Studies programme. Audrey Roofeh is an employment attorney and the CEO of Mariana Strategies LLC, a work-place culture consulting firm.
