Abstract
The present research from which the topic is: The Non-implemention of the Strategy for
Promoting Gender as a Determinant Factor in the Destruction of Female Dignity. Case of
Police of the Republic of Mozambique; has a purpose to analyze the promotion of female
dignity in leadership issues in police organization of Mozambique based in strategy for
promoting gender in public function. In order to achieve the main objective the reflection
seeks to identify the principles about human dignity; to present the history of human dignity
in Mozambique; to Identify the factors that destroy the dignity of police women; to suggest
ethics principles that can promote the women dignity in police organization and to Identify
the strategy to develop woman dignity. This will allow the researcher to answer the main
research question: To what extent the non-implementation of the strategy and others
instruments of gender promotion influence the destruction of female dignity? To construct
this present approaching by the way of qualitative investigation, a reflection will be made
based in modern theory of dignity and leadership, in order to give more consistency to the
research, some documents such as Human Rights Universal Declaration, and the Mozambican
Constitution Will be taken in consideration in this reflection. The qualitative investigation will
be also based in research sites from which will be collected information on electronics
journals or electronic books. The research on the sites will be a plus for this study, since it
will bring current and rich information on content related to women`s dignity and leadership
