UNU-GEST fellow Bisharo Ali 'a leadership in unquestionable. This 23 year old graduate in Political Science by University of... has been leading a series of fundraising activities in Iceland in order to help the Red Cross' efforts in the country to mitigate the severe drought and humanitarian crises currently affecting Somali population.
Bisharo Ali, arrived in Iceland on January 2017 to be one of the selected fellows to participate in the United Nations Post Graduate Diploma on International Gender Studies (UNU-GEST) at the University of Iceland.
The Icelandic National Broadcasting Service featured the latest event Bisharo lead, a Somali dinner. at 1000isk per person in collaboration with the Red Cross in Iceland
