Short course in Reykjavik: Gender and Negotiation Techniques

21 December 2015

Negotiating to Yes is a high-value research-based programme that will help individuals become better negotiators while taking gendered dimensions into account in the negotiation process. The programme is based on Principled Negotiation, a method of mediation in which people negotiate on the merits of the problem to reach agreements that are satisfying to both parties. The goal is to find the most beneficial way to come to an agreement that works for both parties, but at the same time to build strong, trusting relationships.

The three-day short course is an instructor-led programme designed to help participants turn face-to-face confrontation into side-by-side problem solving.

Instructor: Thor Clausen
