Útskrift Jarðhitaskóla GRÓ

Jarðhitaskóli GRÓ útskrifaði 23 sérfræðinga frá 16 löndum í síðustu viku, í 46. útskrift skólans frá stofnun hans árið 1978. Nemendurnir komu frá Afríku, Asíu, S-Ameríku og ríkjum í Karabíska hafinu. Í fyrsta sinn sótti nemandi frá Bútan skólann. Öll voru þau tilnefnd til þátttöku í náminu af hálfu vinnuveitenda sinna vegna mikilvægrar stöðu þeirra heima fyrir við að þróa og auka notkun endurnýjanlegra orkugjafa.
