Short Bio
Guðmundur completed a PhD in food science from the University of Leeds, England (1986). Currently, he works at Matis food and biotech company, as director of research groups, focusing on markets and new product development. Guðmundur has contributed regularly to the GRÓ-FTP programme, as a lecturer, supervisor and short course organiser.
