The specialty courses start

The introductory course ended with a very successful two week trip to Akureyri. As of from Monday, October 26, the specialty courses of the UNU-FTP will start.
This year the specialty courses are: Sustainable Aquaculture, Fisheries Policy and Planning, Aquatic Resources Assessment and Monitoring (Fish Stock Assessment), and Quality Management of Fish
Handling and Processing. The courses go for six weeks and during that time the fellows will develop their project proposal. The Sustainable Aquaculture is run at Holar University College in northern
Iceland.
