New group of UNU-LRT fellows
14 April 2011
Fellows attending this
year’s six-month training programme have arrived. This is the second group of fellows attending the programme since it became a UNU training
programme. The fellows this year are eight and come from Ethiopia, Ghana, Niger, Mongolia and Uganda.
During the first three months of their stay, the fellows are located at the Agricultural University of Iceland at Keldnaholt in Reykjavik. There the main course work will take place. Later in the programme, the fellows will move to the headquarters of the Soil Conservation Service of Iceland (SCSI) in Gunnarsholt.
Yesterday, the fellows visited the SCSI and the photo was taken there.
