SDG Short Course III to be held in El Salvador, 16-22 September, 2018

United Nations University Geothermal Training Programme (UNU-GTP) in Iceland and LaGeo S.A. de C.V. in El Salvador will be hosting "Geothermal Reservoir Characterization: Well Logging, Well Testing and Chemical Analysis", to be held in El Salvador during 16-22 September, 2018. The focus will be on the role of well logging, well testing and chemical analysis in characterizing geothermal reservoirs and assessing their potential for utilization. The Course will consist of lectures, exercises, discussions and a field excursion to a Salvadoran geothermal field.

Note:
Participation is by invitation only.  It is addressed to professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean who hold a university diploma or degree in relevant fields (natural sciences or engineering), who have been actively involved in geothermal development in their home country, or are potential candidates for that in the near future.  Female participation is especially encouraged.
